Hi there, Courtney. Depending on the thickness of your pivot shoe will determine whether you will go with our 15-046 or 14-047 pivot shoe. Please take a look at each part for their measurements. The center cam of the pivot shoe is not an important factor in choosing a replacement shoe. The most important detail you want to focus on is the shoe's thickness.
