window part

Question

This is a part for a double hung window. The side channels are plastic and when I push it aside the window tilts out. However, with it broken, the window is not supported by the spring and will not stay open. Can you help ? Please and thank you.

Thank you for your post. We believe the part you have has been discontinued. However, we feel we may have a replacement that could work for you. The closest match we have is our 15-104 balance knife lock shoe. Please take a look and get back to us with some thoughts.
