window part identification

A home owner from Rhode Island USA says:
Hello- I need to replace this part in several windows. I am not sure which is the most suitable part to use- there aren't any on your website that are exact replicas. My best guess as to measurements for this part are: 2 inches tall, 1-1/2 to 1 5/8 wide, and 9/16 inch deep. Which part do you recommend? I would also like the silver, metal, twisted piece identified as well with suggestions for what to use for a replacement. Thank you so much!! -Joanna

Paul from SWISCO responded:
The width of your pivot shoe should be 1-1/4". Double check the measurement. Your shoe looks like our 15-046, which is 1/2" thick, but if yours is 9/16", go with 15-118. Go over our measurements and compare them to your old part before you place an order. Let me know if you need any more help.
