window parts

Question

I Have double hung vinyl windows and the balancers have broken off at the top. Attached please find photos of the broken balancer. Balancer is 28* long and has a 1/2" dai spring. Window had logo on the latches MW in caps with rounded edges.

Hi there, thanks for the post! It looks like you have a discontinued cross bow balance. This older style can be replaced with the newer Series 795 balance. Check out our video for the conversion process. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
