I am told these are called shoes I need for my window side rails. need part numbers and did not mean to click the remove from sending messages

Yep, these are called pivot shoes. They attach to balances, which I assume is what you mean when you mention your side rails.

The shoe on the left looks similar to our 15-195, but this won't work for you. There's a deep groove in the stem of your shoe that renders it incompatible with the 15-195. You'll need an all new Series 795 balance, I'm afraid.

I'm not sure what the shoe on the right is. Can you give me its width and thickness? That will allow us to find a good match.
