hi, Dear service represenstive, please take a look from these images , provide the parts name, parts #, etc. also this window I moved down weights 9.5lbs, the channel balance should I order S395-28 2720 ? thanks.

We can't be sure your balance is the Series 395 without photos but if the window sash weighs 9.5 pounds, you'd want to select the 2720 stamp option. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 9 to 13 pounds.
