For Series 380 balances when stamped 28D the 2840 is the match, however, the 2840 stamp will be on a balance measuring 29", not 28". Check the length of the balance again, exclude the fittings for this measurement. If it is 28" in length, please remove the sash and place it on a scale for us to determine the proper stamp option for you.
