window parts for a tilt window

Please let me know what parts will work for the pictures attached.  The dimensions for picture 3 are 1/2 " thick, 1 1/4" wide3 and 1 1/2" tall

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact balance, but what we can offer is the Series 795. This comes attached with a T-lock shoe that you'd have to pop off and swap with the 15-224 inverted link. See the video below.

Can you confirm the length of the metal channel and the stamp printed on the back of it? Can you also confirm whether the balance uses a hook or a screw to mount to the top of the window?
