Hello,
Your old Simonton brand shoe isn't made anymore, but you can use our Certainteed brand 15-192 to replace it. Please note that some Simonton shoes have a slightly different style of metal cam, so you may need to reuse the original in the new pivot shoe. Past customers have also reported needing to shave down the front of the shoe in order to install it.
We also offer an entirely new set of hardware that we've used in these Simonton windows. See the video below that shows the full conversion process to determine which option you'd prefer.
As for your tilt latch, I'd recommend removing yours from the sash frame to compare to the 26-243 and 26-244. We'll include the specifications from our product page below. Thank you.
Thank you for your answer.
I did not ask you about the coil balance spring; if I have to change them what would be the new reference #

The 15-192 pivot shoe uses the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. If you decide to go the Simonton conversion route, the 15-259 shown in the video is used with the Series 159 coils.
We recommend weighing your window sash and dividing the weight by the number of coils used on both sides to choose the corresponding strength options for your replacement coils.
