window piece fell out, now window won't go up or down

Hoping to be able to identify what piece this is to replace it. Would appreciate any help!

Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review, we will need to see an undamaged balance. We will need to see the inside of the top of the metal channel to see how it installs into the window and also the attachment at the end of the cord that engages with the pivot shoe in the window channel. Thank you!
