Would you have a replacement pivot lock shoe shown in my photos? I was unable to find it on your website.

Take a look at our 15-195 and see if this will work for you. Keep in mind, however, that if the shoes are breaking then it may be a sign that the balance needs replacing. If so, you may also want to consider our Series 795 channel balance.

Yes, that appears to be the pivot shoe I need as it has the same measurements. I have submitted an order for it.
