Hello,

We should be able to offer a replacement for your pivot shoe but, unfortunately, the window sticker does not tell us the type of hardware that you need or the dimensions. We would need to see the shoe completely removed from the window, as well as the exact width and thickness, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we can't make out accurate dimensions from photos but if you could write out the exact width and thickness of your shoe, we should be good to go.

Hi the width is. ( 1 3/16"
Thickness ( 1/2"

Is the 15-046 shoe u have in the picture that the one to buy ??

Yes, the 15-046 pivot shoe would be our best replacement option for your window. Keep in mind that the overall width is 1-1/4", which looks close to yours.

We also suggest using the 75-006 charging tool to help you attach the spiral to the pivot shoe. Thanks for posting.
