Pivot shoe block is similar to your 15-046
The old had metal pivot with a slot opening not a closed like on yours.
Also it is 2.5" tall where yours is 2".
other measurements match

your 300 spiral tilt balance has the same pins as our 30" balance.
Will the 15-046 block work?

Thanks for posting. This actually looks like an older version of our 15-178 to me. The difference in height isn't as important as the shape of the cam, as well as the width and thickness of the shoe. Look it over and see what you think.
