I have a window that is either made by kitchenworks inc or homeworks. looks like they were installed in 2001. it is a SH-white 1193 single-hung 41-3/4" X 60-3/4"

the right side pivot shoe and sash have broke. how do i replace?

Thanks for posting. This pivot shoe looks like an older version of our 15-177. This works with Series 152 Coil Balances. The video below shows how to remove and replace a similar assembly. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions about this hardware.
