Metal measures 29 inches. Stamp says UB 28C. Removed from a non-rotating double pane aluminum window. Need to replace 3 that are detached and pressing on window sill vice assisting window. Have pictures if needed

Go ahead and send some photos! "28C" is helpful, but we need the photos to wrap it all up.

Thanks for adding those photos! You'll need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe, but it appears to be 1". If so, you'll need our S380-29 channel balance. The spring weight 28C is our spring weight 2830. Good luck with the repair!
