I am interested in purchasing some of these (see pictures) that have broken on my windows.

I think you're referring to a channel balance, but your photo is throwing me for a loop. Do you need a channel balance?
If so, let me give you some advice: follow our channel balance guide and compare the attachments on your balance to the balances in our selection. That should allow you to identify the Series of your balance.
Then, you'll select the 30" version of that Series, and you'll consider a 2930 option when you go to put the item in your cart. Compare the weight of your sash (the window pane and frame) to the weight on the chart on our site (on the webpage for the balance you need) to verify the option.
