Hi Folks,

Please take a look at the photos and let me know the part I need. I will need 12 window sashes. Thank you.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the S395-29 channel balance with a 2830 strength option to your assembly. Thanks for posting!

A handy person from Home says:
The metal channel is 28" on the existing. More photos are attached.
Also, the clips are missing in the window channels on all the windows.

Generally, a balance with 28 3 stamped on it would have a 29" long metal channel. If your channel only measures 28", someone may have cut it down to size. If that is the case, you can use the S395-28 but you will need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart under the balance product description to choose the corresponding strength option.

As for your missing take-out clips, we can't be positive without seeing the original part but these balances are commonly used with the 16-002. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions.
