Hi, I have 2 windows and one of them is missing both channel balances. I need help identifying this one so I can buy 2 more just like it. It has 24 3 aw cmc 7 printed on it the window it came from is an IWC swingle hung window

Hello there. You have either our S351-25 or S390-25 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, for a new stamp option choose 2430.

They do not, no. These are usually always used with the 16-002 take out clip, which is sold separately. I feel confident these are what you want, but you should still check the old ones to verify.
