I am a 72 year old woman who trys to repair things and when that fails, which is more often than not,calls upon "1-800-help me", which in this case is you.
I have 4 windows that wont stay up.
they are AAMA / NWWDA 101 / l.S. 2-97
H-R30-48 x 72
what parts do i need to order including the tools to install the parts necessary.
You have walked me thru another newer house window repair and hoping you can do the same with these.

It looks like you have an older crossbow balance that is no longer available but luckily our S795 channel balances makes a great replacement in most cases. Take a look at our conversion video below that will walk you through everything you need to do to complete this repair. Thank you!
