Hello, thank you for posting,
Your spiral balance resembles either the Series 900 with a 3/8" diameter tube or the Series 600 with a 5/8" diameter. Please measure to confirm the correct series needed!
For the pivot shoe, take a look at the 15-046 that has a 1/2" thickness and 1-1/4" width. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
