Hello, I have a small window size 21.75" width x 23" height sliding part (full lenght 43.5") with some old type spring balance mechanism that is broken and would like to replace it. Attached are the pictures. The spring and rod (grey coulor in picture) is intact. Could you please let me know if this is available or if there is an alternate solution.

Hi Jacob, thank you for posting,
Your window uses an older crossbow balance that is no longer made. As long as the original spring measures a 1/2" diameter, you should be able to convert to the Series 795 channel balance. Please review the video below that details the conversion and parts needed.
