window spring balance

Quick Learner from Florida
It seems like the balance top guide broke and popped out and balance rides up the channel. When I push down on balance, I feel spring tension, so I probably need a new unit.

Unit is marked 3650, but cannot find a photo on your web site.

Is this unit available.
Thanks

There are a lot of different possibilities. "3650" only tells us the strength of the spring and the length of the metal channel (37"), it is not a product code.

I recommend that you look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps in order to find the Series that best matches what you have.

Tom, I did check prior to my request. I submitted two photos That might help.
Thanks

I'm afraid I still cannot say what you have. This looks like a picture of the top nylon attachment, but that appears to be all. We would need to see an undamaged version of both the top and bottom nylon attachments. I would also need you to confirm your dimension.

We show dimensions for the top and nylon attachments for each Series on our site. The fastest and easiest way to match your balance up is to measure your nylon attachments and compare them to the measurements we show for our balance hardware.

Thanks Tom,
It was a broken piece of the guide.
Attached is photo of whole piece.

I have received your new picture. However, we still have the same problem. You are only showing the top guide, when I still need to see the bottom (along with detailed dimensions). The top guide looks like our 19-005, but that is not enough to identify a balance. Please carefully review my responses above and let me know when you are able to get me the requested information.
