window spring mechanism for Better Built single hung alum. window

Attached is the picture of the window spring mechanism I need to make my bedroom window work. I think I have all the other parts. The outside measurement is 3/8" in diameter. I need 2 pieces. Let me know if you have these pieces, I just ordered another part this morning so you can ship them together unless the first part is shipped already. Thanks Bill

Thanks for posting. Can you tell me if this is a tilt window or non-tilt? If it's a tilt window, I recommend our Series 900 spiral balance. If it's non-tilt, I recommend our Series 400 instead.

I got the Better Built pivot bar, thanks. I am wainting for a reply on the right window spring mechanism. Size, model #. I would like to order 2 when I get that info. If Series 900 is only one size of mechanism then I will order it monday. Let me know. Bill

If you have a tilt window, then the Series 900 would be your best bet. You can place an order whenever you want directly on our site.
