These look like naked springs that go within a jamb liner. We can't replace this, but if its a wood window contact a local millwork; they should be able to set you up with what you need. We do carry a possible replacement for the shoe at the bottom of the spring; see our 15-104. But if you need to replace the entire spring setup contacting a millwork is the best bet.
