Thanks for posting! Given the measurements for your spiral balances, you'll need the S900-23 Spiral Balance with a red tip. 

To determine the shoe compatible with your balances, you'll need to remove an undamaged shoe from the window channel to compare the dimensions.

My apologies, I did forget to include that part in the recommendation. We do not carry an exact match for the sash stop you are searching for but our 55-046 Acorn Sash Stop should work as a suitable replacement. To determine if this will work carefully compare the dimensions below.

In regard to the shoe, it looks like it could be our 15-015, however you will need to remove the shoe from the window to accurately compare the dimensions. Take a look at the diagram below to compare them. Also, there are a few videos, below this thread with instructions on how to remove your pivot shoes if you would like to use them for reference.
