Old windows from 1978. I cannot find any part numbers. Red, 23", 3/8" tube. Need 2 springs and the broken plastic parts also, thank you ! Larry

5 Tilt Sash Acorn Windows from 1970's no longer remain open when sash is raised

At least one of the following components is damaged or missing on each of the 5 Acorn windows in a condo that was built in the 1970's in Charlotte NC:Spiral Balance, Pivot Shoe, Sash Stop, and Tilt Latch. Top cover for spiral balance.

Looking for the Swisscom part number for the black cover that sits over the top of spiral balance in my double hung tilt window. The spiral balance is equivalent to S600-29. The dimensions of the black cover are about 3/4 in Width x 1 7/8 in Length x 9/16 in Depth.
