Hi, I moved into a condo and the windows have Acorn clips and they are all broken. Can you help me identify which part I need?

Old windows from 1978. I cannot find any part numbers. Red, 23", 3/8" tube. Need 2 springs and the broken plastic parts also, thank you ! Larry

At least one of the following components is damaged or missing on each of the 5 Acorn windows in a condo that was built in the 1970's in Charlotte NC:Spiral Balance, Pivot Shoe, Sash Stop, and Tilt Latch. Looking for the Swisscom part number for the black cover that sits over the top of spiral balance in my double hung tilt window. The spiral balance is equivalent to S600-29. The dimensions of the black cover are about 3/4 in Width x 1 7/8 in Length x 9/16 in Depth.

There are no numbers on this part. This part holds the 32 inch balances to the top.It measures links wise 2 1/2 inches. By 6/16The kind of windows I have are Acorn.

Are coil spring what hold up the window from falling down

I have Acorn windows (83). On the top of my Tube Balancer this plastic piece was used originally to hold the tube to the frame (top) and you can see it also worked as a stop. I am in need of two of these. I will be sending you photos for my balancer as well, perhaps you can help me with those par ... (cont.)
