Hello! I'm glad it's working. One of the issues might be the size of the bottom shoe. I see you ordered our S385-20, which uses the 15-004 bottom shoe. This shoe may be a little larger than your original. You may want to compare to be sure. If it is, you can simply grind it down a little until it's the proper size.
