Vent latch easily removed from inside

Currently SWISCO carries only carries one vent lock set for a new application. See the 20-013 vent lock set. Note, that this set is for wood windows.

I am looking for a window vent latch that would allow a user to block full opening of the window yet allow opening for ventilation purposes..It need to be easily removed from the inside in case of fire evacuation and also not permantly affixed since its a school dormitory. Anything like this exist?

We just added the new 26-387 Vent Latch Kit, which can be added on new and existing windows. The 26-387 can also be added to windows that don't have an existing vent lock.
