I sent pictures of the remaining balance which looks OK. I need the prices on a replacement balance and 2 clips
The window frame does not have any take out clips or hardware to hold the channel balances. Are the take out clips all that hold the channel balances?
Hello, we're certainly happy to help you get this problem resolved. It looks like your balance can be replaced by our S390-17 channel balance with the 1640 sash weight range option.
In regards to keeping the balances in place, they are held with the top sash guide. To identify the correct replacement for yours, we would need to see one with measurements. Hope this helps!
It looks 1 of the top sash guide is broken. The entire window is 36 tall and 33 wide. The channel balance in the above pictures is 17" long. The sash in the picture is 34 3/16 wide by 18 1/4 high
If I get 1 S390-17 balance will it work with the remaining balance I have? What is the price for 1 S390-17 balance and 1 top sash guide?

When it comes to using an old and new balance together, the new balance may wear out faster since it's making up for the old balance's slack. Because of this we usually recommend replacing both at the same time to ensure that they work as optimally as possible.
