window won't open or close

appears a problem with crank- attached photos of it- can I replace with crank with screw as it seems it's not catching?

If doesn't work is it returnable? Or do I need entire unit?

The handle is our 39-114L, but I can't be sure if your window has our 39-014 operator without seeing the complete operator. Send photos if you like.

The handle is what's not catching...operator works fine,,Would handle be returnable if it didn't work?

Based on your pictures, I think our 39-114L could work well for you. This has a hole diameter of 11/32", so as long as that matches yours you should be okay.
