windows are Crestline Double Hung wood Windows

A home owner from House on 1st Street says:
In the pictures it displays the broken balance clip. It is the one piece with 2 holes in it and window cannot attach to clip which is part of the balance spring. The window won't stay open because without balance spring it won't stay open attached to window. In photos there are 2 photos with clip with 2 holes in it at the end of balance spring.
The other photo shows the other side with a good clip inside balance spring part of balance shoe. They are 20 years old and operate great.
What is the name and part number of the balance clip??

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Help, we can replace the balance shoe but not the entire spring. For the shoe, our 15-104 caradco friction shoe should work. If you are also interested in replacing the entire spring, you will need to go to a local mill work where they can assist in a replacement.
