Hello there. I'm confident we can help, but we need a little more information. For the channel balance, could you remove it and confirm the exact length of the metal channel? Can you also show us whatever attachment at the bottom connects to the pivot shoe, and also how it connects to the top of the window track? For the pivot shoe, we'll need you to remove it and measure the exact width and thickness. With all this information in hand we should be able to ID what you need in short order. See the videos I listed on this page for guidance on how to remove and replace these components.
For the the pivot shot, it is 2 inch high, 1-1/4 width, 1/2 inch thick, as shown in the attached picture.

It's still difficult to tell what you have while it's still in the window, but it looks like it could be a match for our Series 765. The only issue is that I've never seen these made in 18-1/2" length increments. As far as I know these are only made in full inch lengths. You should double check that just to be sure. Make sure to get the exact length of the metal channel; estimations are not sufficient.
Your pivot shoe isn't made anymore but our 15-046 can be used as an alternative. I've used this many times to replace this older version and I find that it works perfectly well.
