window's parts

Sorry for rather skimpy info I'm providing. I don't have anything else. Any stickers or labels were removed from windows before I bought the house. House alone was built in 1992 and the windows are original. Each window panel is set in plastic guides/moldings. Inside each molding there is a spring (about 3/8" DIA) you like to call it balance I think. Each window has a pin on each side and the pins engage with spring/balance by means of being inserted in plastic/nylon stub attached to spring.
The problem began when some of the plastic stubs, endings broke off and in result windows lost its attachment with balance. Can you help, do you think there is a chance of replacing side molding/guides in my windows ? Any piece of info will be useful. Thank you for your time and understanding in this matter.

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that your window uses jamb liner spring balances, which unfortunately we do not carry replacements for. The only thing we may be able to help with is the friction shoe. Please start by comparing the style and dimensions of the 15-104 to see how it matches up to your original.

For new jamb liners, you may need to contact a local mill work who specializes in wood window to see if they can assist. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you Lauren, the image of part you sent me gave me better understanding of what's going on behind "curtains". May not be the exact item I need but pretty darn close. I don't have the damaged friction shoe removed from jamb liner only one that I can see through opening, still in place and attached to spring balance. I want to have all needed parts before I dismantle my windows and try to repair them. I wish there were also given dimensions of the part face/front.
Thanks again
