windows tilt latch replacement

Question

the windows was installed in 1996, some latches need to be replaced. Check the dimension, it doesn't look fitting mine especially the side screw hole. Can you suggest something match?

I recognize the manufacturer of this top tilt latch, but I'm afraid they're no longer in business. That said, our 26-089P have been known to work on some Pacific Industries tilt windows. The caveat is, you will have to drill a small hole for the lower inside screw located at the top of the side of the window frame. See what you think.
