worn slider top of door

Hi, I ordered 79-098 - Right Flush Door Offset Pivot Set, US Aluminum, and the part fits okay. Now, I found this other slider part that's worn. Do you know the part number for this?

Hello, thank you for posting,

You have a "concealed arm and slide" Closer arm on your door. We do not carry this part at this time. The best option would be to contact a Glass shop or locksmith in your area who specialize in concealed commercial door closers. I apologize that we cannot assist with this repair.
