wrong part

Question

Hello, it looks like I ordered the wrong part. I ordered the S350-28, but it does not have the flanges on the opposite tip compared to the old one in the photo. I assume that is why the handyman could not get the guide to stay in place. The closest part that I see is the S380, but it has flanges on both ends. I suppose I can order the S380-28 and cut off the flanges on the one end if necessary.

Hello there. Sorry to hear the Series 350 didn't work out. See our Return Policy here. This actually looks like the Series 395, which has a top fitting with wings, or those side tabs, but the bottom fitting lacks them. Please compare. Let me know if you have further questions.
