wrong part received when ordering 39-155

I ordered 39-155 and received something similiar, but unidentifiable. I sent an email a few minutes ago, then found I could attach a picture.

Hello there. I am afraid I don't see any issue here at first glance. Is it because the arms are on the same side? If so, see the video below that shows how to orient this type of operator.
