Replacement black plastic jamb bracket, used to connect a storm door closer to the door frame.

Hinge bracket

Need this particular hinge bracket (?) That allows the pneumatic door closer to be installed as pictured.It's not the one that comes in the kits. That one has to be installed inside of the frame and my frame is not wide enough. Thank you
