Pella Locking Balance Shoe

Hi I ordered Pella part 15-283 and it is about an inch too long and wider than the other part. Shape and function look nearly identical. I'm looking to see if I can get a replacement part that fits. There are three patent numbers on the old part: 4610108; 6,679,000; & 0467490 ... (cont.)

Hi: I'm looking for replacement balance shoes. These are from windows at the Univ. of Penn. Both the grey ones and the tan ones were used in Pella windows. Are these avaialble as replacement parts? The only numbers on these parts are: Grey- has a number 5 in one loacation and 102021 underneath ... (cont.)
