Hi, my landlord is having trouble locating these window clips and an AI recommended that come here and ask you. The window dimensions are 38 high 30 wide inches each. Retaining clip snaps inside sliding window frame to retain screen window. Fits/snaps into a 5/8" channel in the frame. Is three inches long, 7/8 wide. Grips channel fins. Window is likely made by Vytec.

I'm a general contractor and can't fine any names of manufacturers on theses windows

The part is used to secure the window screen in the window frame. It is made of plastic and is 1 1/2 inches long.
