A stray bullet hit a customer's front window and broke the glass & retainer trim piece. It's the thin plastic piece that holds the double-pane window in place. I think it might be an Alenco window but not 100% sure. I don't see anything similar on your bead glazing website page. Do you know what this is and where I can buy it?
