48" Sliding Mirror Door Top Track

Hello, we need to order a total of 4 of the posted pictures. 2 per closet door. We also need the upper and lower tracks to match concave rollers.

I have been looking everywhere for this "closet dual guide". It is marked with "RIVAL". It is attached to the top of my closets and rolls along a rectangular shaped conduit that runs side to side of the closet. The plastic wheels are crumbling and I am running out of options.
