Replacement flush-mount sash lock keeper with installation screws. This is a genuine Andersen product for an Andersen Perma-Shield Improved/E-Z Casement and Awning Windows (1999 to Present).

I am having trouble finding an appropriate window latch replacement as you can see ours is broken clean off. Anything will help!

casement window parts needed

i believe these are the original windows and the house was built in the early 80s near sacramento california. the interiors are wood and the exterior seems to be clad with vinyl. i will be so appreciative if you can help me find the handle and other parts! thanks.

This is from an Anderson left opening window. The Window has 1 lock, which locks the window in 3 spots. The arm to lock the window cracked.
