Andersen split arm operator, neutral (works on both left or right swing windows) . Used on 400 Series and A-Series Andersen casement windows. Andersen notes this replacement operator may not be exactly the same as the operator being replaced. For windows manufactured from 1995 to 1998 use an adapter plate (sold separately).

How do I know when my Andersen window was made?

any way to tell if using 39-264 that i need adapter plate 39-362,as i dont know year of window

I dont understand how 39-264 works with 39-362

I just received a replacement crank arm operator & adapter plate. I'm confused as to how the adapter is to be installed. do the 2 tangs go down into the wood slot or face up & position the mechanism??

Window Operator

On the window operator it says, "99 /04-3a" and on one of the arms "39"

the lock for window, lock at left side

the lock locate at left side, found the handld was broken, may need whole assembley to replace, I order an operator Product Code: 39-264, the one it fit my window, hopefully help to identify the lock model,

Handle is worn out

The handle doesn't grip anymore
