How do I know when my Andersen window was made?

any way to tell if using 39-264 that i need adapter plate 39-362,as i dont know year of window

I dont understand how 39-264 works with 39-362

I just received a replacement crank arm operator & adapter plate. I'm confused as to how the adapter is to be installed. do the 2 tangs go down into the wood slot or face up & position the mechanism??

Hello, I have two Anderson cranks that need replacing. The parts look identical but one is stamped with an "A", the other with a "B". One a left hand swing, one a right hand swing.
