I am trying to find out what this part is.

Replacement balances

These are channel balances I need to replace. They are stamped 27-10 (therefore 28" long) but have a pivot shoe I have never seen before. The channel it fits in appx. 1" wide. The piece on the sash is a (half round??) piece of plastic, again something I have never seen before. There is a rectangular ... (cont.)
