Andersen window counter balance replacement

I'm working on 3 double-hung windows with 2 counter balances each. All have broken springs. I need to know the part number that matches the weight of the windows. The homeowner says that the install date for the windows was 1990.

Hi I'm looking to get a replacement for my balancers. My numbers that I see are 1600-17 R18/1227 12 87 and L12/1827 12-87 I really don't see any other numbers. On the back side the numbers are 11600-3
