Two-Point Adjustable Striker

I need just the door lock keeper that has the active spring keeper. As you can see in one of the photos, the keeper has been damaged beyond repair. I do not know the name of the door manufacturer or the lock manufacturer

I hen the door was installed the part to latch the lock onto was not. Need to order it so can use the locking mechanism

Question: Until 89-036 is restocked, On the slider that is broken, it's a like a 2-way slider, the slider with the attachment that's broken is on the right hand side and you push it and it goes to the left, the slider on the left, those locks are in tact, and pushes to the right. Can't find this part

The latch plate for this door has gone missing (installed in a rental house). I need replacement latch-plate (and gasket?). I hope that it's possible to get only the plate that is missing from the door frame, but if needed I've added details in case entire mortise lock and plate are the only option ... (cont.)
