34". Stamped 33 HD Balance

A handy person from Salt Lake City says:
Trying to replace block and tackle balance in 20-year-old single hung window that I think is a Jeld-wen window. Jeld-wen customer support said they did not start stamping identity on windows until 2007. Lower sash dimensions 33 X 35".
Measured length of balance in photo 34". Stamped 33 HD. Width of balance pictured is 9/16". Depth is 5/8".
Could not remove shoe from track without destroying. No idea how shoe was inserted. Thanks.

Hello,

Your balance resembles the S751-34 channel balance with a 33HD strength option. Take a look and see how the specifications compare to your assembly.

I would also recommend removing your balance shoe from the jamb liner by following the video below to confirm if it matches the 15-014 knife lock shoe that comes with the S751 balance assembly. Thank you.
